Il lui vient, la plupart du temps,\u00a0des souvenirs : soit de l\u2019\u00e9cole, soit de l\u2019environnement familial. Et dans ces deux contextes, le mot \u00ab\u00a0comportement\u00a0\u00bb n\u2019avait, en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, pas une connotation positive.\u00a0On se rappelle souvent du \u00ab\u00a0probl\u00e8me de comportement\u00a0\u00bb ou du \u00ab\u00a0mauvais comportement\u00a0\u00bb ou du \u00ab\u00a0attention \u00e0 ton comportement ! \u00bb. Ce mot est donc associ\u00e9 \u00e0 des reproches et \u00e0 des probl\u00e8mes. Alors, quand, des ann\u00e9es plus tard, dans le monde professionnel, le collaborateur entend \u00e0 nouveau le mot \u00ab\u00a0comportement\u00a0\u00bb associ\u00e9 \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, il l\u2019entend avec ce bagage de souvenirs n\u00e9gatifs. Il le vit comme une nouvelle \u00ab\u00a0agression\u00a0\u00bb. Et une agression ne peut\u00a0provoquer que du d\u00e9sint\u00e9ressement ou du rejet. Ces deux r\u00e9f\u00e9rences (famille et \u00e9cole) font,\u00a0de plus, appel \u00e0 des souvenirs de l\u2019enfance o\u00f9 l\u2019\u00e9metteur de l\u2019information \u00e9tait l&#8217;adulte et le r\u00e9cepteur \u00e9tait l\u2019enfant.<\/p>\n<p>Quand le collaborateur se retrouve dans le monde professionnel \u00e0 entendre \u00e0 nouveau ce terme de \u00ab\u00a0comportement\u00a0\u00bb, cela le replace dans une posture d\u2019inf\u00e9riorit\u00e9. Ce mot n&#8217;est pour autant pas forc\u00e9ment facile \u00e0 remplacer mais nous vous proposons d&#8217;utiliser plut\u00f4t la notion de &#8220;facteur humain&#8221;, de parler des &#8220;pratiques&#8221; ou des &#8220;fa\u00e7ons de faire&#8221;, ce qui sera toujours plus factuel et moins agressif.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-2 nonhundred-percent-fullwidth non-hundred-percent-height-scrolling\"  style='background-color: rgba(255,255,255,0);background-position: center center;background-repeat: no-repeat;padding-top:0px;padding-right:0px;padding-bottom:0px;padding-left:0px;'><div class=\"fusion-builder-row fusion-row \"><div  class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion_builder_column_1_2 fusion-builder-column-2 fusion-one-half fusion-column-first 1_2\"  style='margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:20px;width:50%;width:calc(50% - ( ( 4% ) * 0.5 ) );margin-right: 4%;'>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper\" style=\"padding: 0px 0px 0px 0px;background-position:left top;background-repeat:no-repeat;-webkit-background-size:cover;-moz-background-size:cover;-o-background-size:cover;background-size:cover;\"   data-bg-url=\"\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"fusion-text\"><p><strong>Et si le \u00ab comportement \u00bb n\u2019\u00e9tait pas \u00e0 l\u2019origine des accidents ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nous entendons beaucoup parler du \u00ab\u00a0comportement\u00a0\u00bb comme une origine majeure des accidents du travail. Alors, pourquoi vous \u00e9veiller avec ce titre qui peut vous surprendre\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque l\u2019on demande \u00e0 un pr\u00e9venteur ou \u00e0 un manager\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0C\u2019est quoi, pour vous, un accident de comportement\u00a0?\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Dans la r\u00e9ponse, on parle fr\u00e9quemment des probl\u00e9matiques de choix de la personne. L\u2019individu a arbitr\u00e9 et, \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0, face \u00e0 cette situation donn\u00e9e, a fait tel ou tel choix qui a g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 un accident. Ce salari\u00e9 change de soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Il change de manager, d\u2019environnement. Sa nouvelle entreprise a une culture s\u00e9curit\u00e9 bien plus d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e. Et l\u00e0, miracle\u00a0! En deux ou trois semaines, et parfois m\u00eame en quelques jours, ce salari\u00e9 int\u00e8gre les bonnes pratiques en s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Il a un \u00ab\u00a0bon comportement\u00a0\u00bb en pr\u00e9vention. Le m\u00eame salari\u00e9 s\u2019est fondu dans cette culture.<\/p>\n<p>Le sens de cet article est de remettre l\u2019accent sur le fait qu\u2019un accident dit \u00ab\u00a0de comportement\u00a0\u00bb est un signal du niveau de culture pr\u00e9vention de l\u2019entreprise, de l\u2019unit\u00e9 du service.<\/p>\n<p>Il n\u2019est pas forc\u00e9ment li\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019individu. Les casse-cou existent mais ils ne sont pas si nombreux. Oui, la ligne manag\u00e9riale aime entendre cela. Et quand on creuse, on comprend rapidement pourquoi.<\/p>\n<p>La ligne manag\u00e9riale se sent partiellement et parfois totalement d\u00e9douan\u00e9e de sa responsabilit\u00e9 lorsque l\u2019on parle d\u2019accident de comportement. Ce n&#8217;est ni vraiment volontaire ni vraiment conscient.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est le pi\u00e8ge le plus f\u00e2cheux \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation de ce terme.<\/p>\n<p>Dans de nombreuses soci\u00e9t\u00e9s lorsque l\u2019on d\u00e9bute les formations des managers, nous entendons des expressions de leur part comme\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0<em>Nous avons atteint un bon niveau de culture s\u00e9curit\u00e9 mais il nous reste les accidents de comportement.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Et si nous demandons\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0<em>Et, \u00e0 votre avis, que faut-il faire maintenant\u00a0?\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9action est presque toujours identique, \u00e0 savoir un joyeux sourire et une proposition du style\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00ab\u00a0 Ouh\u00a0! C\u2019est que vous ne connaissez pas nos salari\u00e9s\u00a0!\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em>\u00ab<em>\u00a0\u00a0Il faudrait pouvoir mettre des claques de temps en temps\u2026 \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>H\u00e9 oui\u00a0! Ce fameux m\u00e9canisme de la sanction qui viendrait r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes de comportement.<\/p>\n<p>Bien entendu, la sanction doit exister et ce n\u2019est pas ici le sujet mais elle n\u2019est jamais une solution de long terme.\u00a0La sanction existe mais son utilisation est souvent un \u00e9chec.<\/p>\n<p>Elle nous confirme, en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, les difficult\u00e9s manag\u00e9riales. Certains managers ont du mal \u00e0 faire progresser leur \u00e9quipe en pr\u00e9vention car, au fond, ils consid\u00e8rent que cela ne d\u00e9pend pas vraiment d&#8217;eux. Ils cherchent \u00e0 faire entrer dans le droit chemin un salari\u00e9, persuad\u00e9s que le probl\u00e8me vient de ce dernier et pas d\u2019eux en tant que managers.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-3 nonhundred-percent-fullwidth non-hundred-percent-height-scrolling\"  style='background-color: rgba(255,255,255,0);background-position: center center;background-repeat: no-repeat;padding-top:0px;padding-right:0px;padding-bottom:0px;padding-left:0px;'><div class=\"fusion-builder-row fusion-row \"><div  class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion_builder_column_1_1 fusion-builder-column-4 fusion-one-full fusion-column-first fusion-column-last 1_1\"  style='margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:20px;'>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper\" style=\"padding: 0px 0px 0px 0px;background-position:left top;background-repeat:no-repeat;-webkit-background-size:cover;-moz-background-size:cover;-o-background-size:cover;background-size:cover;\"   data-bg-url=\"\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"fusion-text\"><h3><strong>Accompagner les managers<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ce mot \u00ab\u00a0comportement\u00a0\u00bb a insuffl\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019inconscient du manager que les difficult\u00e9s viennent de l\u2019autre.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Et ce qui est int\u00e9ressant, c\u2019est que ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne se reproduit de fa\u00e7on identique lorsque l\u2019on remonte d\u2019un ou de quelques niveaux dans la cha\u00eene manag\u00e9riale.<\/p>\n<p>Alors l\u00e0, ce n\u2019est plus le comportement uniquement du salari\u00e9 qui est en cause. Le directeur de r\u00e9gion ou d\u2019un grand site va, lui, englober aussi le comportement du <strong>manager de proximit\u00e9. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pourtant, lorsque l\u2019on apporte les cl\u00e9s aux managers<\/strong>, ils mesurent combien leur impact est positif et efficace.<\/p>\n<p>Tout l\u2019enjeu r\u00e9side donc dans l\u2019accompagnement des managers.
