Mais au fond, qu\u2019a-t-il \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place pour que la pr\u00e9vention devienne une valeur partag\u00e9e positivement par tous ? A quoi servirait-il d\u2019investir du temps et de l\u2019argent dans un projet que la plupart repousse ? Nous notons leurs r\u00e9ponses et nous constituons avec eux un \u00ab nuage \u00bb de mots. Malheureusement, suivant les entreprises, ressortent souvent les mots tels que : contrainte, r\u00e8gle, proc\u00e9dure, co\u00fbt, temps (quand ce n\u2019est pas \u00ab perte de temps \u00bb !). Pourtant, la pr\u00e9vention devrait \u00eatre la plus belle valeur de l\u2019entreprise car elle consiste \u00e0 faire en sorte que l\u2019on rentre le soir chez soi comme on en est parti le matin. C\u2019est une valeur manag\u00e9riale tr\u00e8s gratifiante \u00e0 porter ; son objectif est positif pour tous et tout le temps, \u00e0 la diff\u00e9rence de certains autres sujets port\u00e9s par le manager.<\/p>\n<p>Alors, pourquoi la pr\u00e9vention est-elle per\u00e7ue de fa\u00e7on aussi n\u00e9gative dans certaines entreprises ?<\/p>\n<p>Peut-\u00eatre parce que la pr\u00e9vention est transmise comme une liste de contraintes et d\u2019obligations subies plut\u00f4t que comprises. Peut-\u00eatre parce que la production est beaucoup plus suivie et valoris\u00e9e. Nous allons vous donner quelques cl\u00e9s pour faire aimer la pr\u00e9vention.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text\"><h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #6a80b4;\"><strong>Comment faire aimer la pr\u00e9vention ?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Comment sortir de cette vision fauss\u00e9e du HSE ? Cela provient du fait que la pr\u00e9vention rappelle des consignes majoritairement connues. Pour le salari\u00e9, ce flot de rappels est soit incompr\u00e9hensible et trop dense soit trop simple voire infantilisant. Par exemple :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La communication visuelle, comme les flashs ou les indicateurs, contient souvent beaucoup de texte mais peu d\u2019illustrations.<\/li>\n<li>Le <a href=\"https:\/\/boutique-graphito-prevention.fr\/38-livrets\">livret d\u2019accueil<\/a> comprend g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de nombreuses pages que personne n\u2019a envie de lire.<\/li>\n<li>Les <a href=\"https:\/\/graphito-prevention.fr\/formation\/\">formations pr\u00e9vention<\/a> prennent parfois la forme de monologues avec un power-point ennuyeux.<\/li>\n<li>Les routines pr\u00e9vention sont des moments que les managers n\u2019aiment pas animer face \u00e0 des collaborateurs qui s\u2019ennuient.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Et pourtant, ce n\u2019est pas parce que la pr\u00e9vention est un sujet s\u00e9rieux qu\u2019elle ne peut pas \u00eatre abord\u00e9e avec plaisir et envie. Il est imp\u00e9ratif que ce sujet certes grave g\u00e9n\u00e8re l\u2019adh\u00e9sion. La plupart des pr\u00e9venteurs pense qu\u2019il est compliqu\u00e9 de faire aimer la pr\u00e9vention. Ce n\u2019est pourtant pas si difficile ; il s\u2019agit de proposer des approches rendant ce sujet attractif. Pour ce faire, ne laissez pas vos salari\u00e9s spectateurs, rendez-les acteurs ! Par exemple :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La <em>communication collaborative<\/em>: passer d\u2019une communication top-down \u00e0 du bottom-up. La pr\u00e9vention a besoin d\u2019\u00eatre partag\u00e9e. Sans l\u2019effet collectif, la culture pr\u00e9vention ne pourra pas se d\u00e9velopper de fa\u00e7on durable et efficace.<\/p>\n<p>Suite \u00e0 la formation de 400 managers sur le th\u00e8me \u00ab r\u00e9agir efficacement face \u00e0 des \u00e9carts ou des mauvaises pratiques \u00bb, nous avons constat\u00e9 que seuls 2% des managers avaient, au cours des 15 derniers jours, valoris\u00e9 une bonne fa\u00e7on de faire. Dans la plupart des cas, le manager intervient pour indiquer ce qui ne va pas au niveau de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Par exemple, un manager dit : \u00ab mes salari\u00e9s ne portent pas leurs EPI \u00bb. En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, ses salari\u00e9s portent d\u00e9j\u00e0 leur veste, leurs bouchons anti-bruit, leur pantalon, leurs chaussures de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, c&#8217;est-\u00e0-dire pratiquement tout leur \u00e9quipement. Mais le manager souligne qu\u2019il y a un probl\u00e8me avec les EPI parce que tel salari\u00e9 ne porte pas ses lunettes au moment voulu. Le m\u00eame type de r\u00e9action peut se produire au sujet de tous les th\u00e8mes s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Attention ! Il faut \u00e9viter de g\u00e9n\u00e9raliser car ce genre de remarque peut pousser l\u2019individu \u00e0 tout abandonner. Au contraire, le manager doit relever les points positifs et valoriser ses salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"color: #95b500;\">La pr\u00e9vention est un vecteur de performance.<\/span> <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La pr\u00e9vention est souvent mal per\u00e7ue par le manager car elle repr\u00e9sente un certain co\u00fbt. Le pr\u00e9venteur doit alors lui d\u00e9montrer que ce co\u00fbt est rentable. A la question \u00ab Comment prouver la rentabilit\u00e9 de la pr\u00e9vention ? \u00bb, nous pouvons citer quelques exemples : les formations sur le risque routier, sur le risque de plain-pied ou l\u2019ergonomie et les formations manag\u00e9riales contribuent \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les accidents du travail, \u00e0 diminuer l\u2019absent\u00e9isme\u2026 Le type de formation abord\u00e9e d\u00e9pendra de divers facteurs comme l\u2019implication de la ligne manag\u00e9riale, le choix de la strat\u00e9gie mise en place. L\u2019Association internationale de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale (AISS) a publi\u00e9, en 2011, un rapport sur \u00ab le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.issa.int\/fr\/details?uuid=f27e62f2-b12d-42d9-9061-e403e95a9c14\">calcul du ratio co\u00fbt \/ b\u00e9n\u00e9fices de l\u2019investissement dans la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la sant\u00e9 au travail<\/a>\u00bb en interrogeant 300 soci\u00e9t\u00e9s dans 15 pays. Il en ressort qu\u2019\u00e0 chaque fois que l\u2019entreprise investit 1 \u20ac dans la pr\u00e9vention, son retour potentiel est de 2,20 \u20ac conclus. De plus, la pr\u00e9vention est un crit\u00e8re de plus en plus observ\u00e9 par les clients potentiels. Elle participe \u00e0 l\u2019image de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Le travail en pr\u00e9vention, c\u2019est aussi l\u2019art du d\u00e9tail, de la perfection. Rien ne doit \u00eatre n\u00e9glig\u00e9 si on veut obtenir de bons r\u00e9sultats. Les managers sont les porteurs du d\u00e9veloppement de la pr\u00e9vention. Ainsi, lorsque nous accompagnons une entreprise pour am\u00e9liorer sa culture s\u00e9curit\u00e9, toute la ligne manag\u00e9riale progresse. Les managers d\u00e9veloppent leurs comp\u00e9tences afin de donner aux salari\u00e9s l\u2019envie d\u2019agir comme il le faut. Savoir stopper une op\u00e9ration, prendre du recul, se poser des questions et chercher \u00e0 bien faire au lieu de faire vite, constituent une v\u00e9ritable capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019excellence. Utilisez donc la pr\u00e9vention comme premier levier de d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences. Quand cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 mon tour, voici ce que j\u2019ai exprim\u00e9 : \u00ab La pr\u00e9vention doit \u00e9voluer et de nombreuses propositions sont int\u00e9ressantes mais quel que soit le principe retenu, il ne faut jamais oublier une chose : mettez tout en \u0153uvre pour faire aimer la pr\u00e9vention.
